I’m Lara, founder of LRG Aviation, a woman who has built her career in an industry I genuinely love.

From my time in the military to becoming a pilot and working across aircraft management, operations and most importantly - safety. It’s given me a deep understanding of the industry, but also a clear view of how I want to do things differently.
